You will see that they say"allow 30 days to ship" I ordered this device on the 3rd of Feb 2014. At that time the wait was supposed to be two up to six weeks. After eight weeks I called and E Mailed them to find out the status. They told me that they would be shipping the first week of June. After the second week of june I contacted them again, and was told the last week of June, and that they had changed who was manufacturing the devices for them. I was told that they would ship the week of July 14th. The week of July 21st I again contacted the company, but this time no responses. On Aug 4th I filed a complaint with ic3.gov, indicating the potential fraud I might be experiencing, and would they please investigat. This company requires you to pay up front, which I did on the 3rd of Feb. Even though they said they were shipping my order they never gave me a tracking number.
My advice to anyone. Do not do business with this company, but if you do. Do not pay in advance. I have requested return of my money or delivery of my order, and only time will tell what I wind up with.

I would like to update the progress on this situation. I have now received my inserts. They are as advertised, as far as condition goes. The biggest problem with this company, is the lack of communication on their part. They may very well be a company worth dealing with if, they can get this lack of communication issue resolved. They stated they were very sorry about the delay, and I informed them that I did not have much of an issue about the delay, as I have waited for many things that have to be back ordered, however I did not appreciate the lack of communication.
