GEARHEAD ATK NORTH AMERICA Left me without a car or a job because of there defect Grand Prairie Texas

On May 15th 2015 i ordered an engine from Rock Auto Parts. On May 18th 2015 it was shipped from ATH North America out of Tx. It arrived at my mechs shop on May 24th or May 26th. Two days later the mech installed the motor an then was haveing issues with it not starting. Though maybe the alarm system had shut down the ingioning system. So we had it sent to the dealer for a computor reset to match keys an remotes back to the van. Dealer Bev Smith Kia 5655 S US HWG 1 FT Peirce FL 34982. Atfer about two weeks of testing the system for starting issues an ATK requesting there test it was detemined that the motor was bad an after long talks with the dealer an ATK yjey decicded to pull the motor an have it returned to them as there expence an have it tested. All the testing an pulling the motor has been at my expence so far. After they tested there motor they call me an said they denide my claim because there was nothing wrong with the motor. Yet the dealer did all the test required an claim the motor had low compression either by bad rings or valve seating. But say which without tearing the motor down. So as of this date July 25 2015 I owe the dealer 3500.00  an still have no van because they wont pay for the repairs i have incured because of there defective motor
