I called Apple to get my IPhone problem repaired, they referred me to the Geeks Technical Support. I was told by Ari at 1-800-832-5456 that he would be able to fix my problems, he asked me to let him have access to my laptop. He showed me under Run/ eventvwr that I had 7500 errors and warnings, and several microsoft applications that were not running, he convienced me to pay $299.99 for lifetime service and all this would be cleaned up and they would be able to fix my iphone problems. After 3 hours on the phone with 2 hang ups, Dan was able to fix my app problem by contact an apple technical support person, but they never did anything with the 7500 errors and warnings, or the applications that were not running. This company is nothing but FRAUD, they prey on unsavy technical elders and abuse them by stealing there social security funds. This was the worst experience I've ever had and I will never buy another product that has to deal with customer service in India again.

I have been a customer for years with Geeks (same phone number as shown) I love Geeks Tech they have took care of my needs with my 2 computers. I agree the cost is high I've gave nearly $1,000.00 I'm a life time customer never pay any thing else, but they have bought me a registry key after I did a boo boo they keep me with top protection on my 2 computers got hackers out of my computer that had stold my identy (that's why I called Geeks) I needed help fast & they gave just that & I call once a month for a great cleaning (I do cleanings as well) but not like they do, but my computer stays runing great with NO viruses. If I paid for a tech to do what Geeks does all the time for me I'd pay way more than $1,000.00 in my life time not every one pays that but I had major problems with my computer (Geeks was cheaper than mirco soft I checked). Geeks is great I think, but we all have our own opinions.
