This is a warning to everyone who deals with GEICO and/or has been issued a settlement check from GEICO from their law office called Henderson, Smith, Black, and Bryant, in Dallas Texas.  I can especially reference the attorney I dealt with, Scott Allen Henderson, because he illegally disclosed my social security number to his client and without my permission. He claimed it was a mistake, but I don't believe him.

If you have ever had a settlement check issued to you for a car accident that you were unfortunately involved in with one of their customers, go back and look at the copy if you made one because  they may be sending your private information to their clients and GEICO may be putting  you at risk for identity theft.

GEICO claims it is an honest error but with my experience during my suit against them and after, it is my opinion that they violate the law and then seek desperate answers to cover their wrongdoing.

If you have had any encounter as mine, please let me know via this blog because I will be filing a multi-million dollar lawsuit against them in the near future.  Thank you.

Suing Geico for Fraudulent practices

AUTHOR: dallasgringo - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, August 28, 2010

I too have been defrauded as well as extorted by these thugs, GEICO.  Nothing is out of bounds as they have Law Enforcement as well as District Attorneys and special prosecutors on their payroll.  They all collude and and act in concert with one another, including their lawyers and especially their "investigators"  who usually are either current and/or former law enforcement officials with deep ties to the current law enforcement officials who are either in on it or turn a blind eye to their outrageous activities.

Their lawyers are usually prior prosecutors in the same area and can easily threaten prosecution via their former colleagues if you don't submit to their ridiculous demands.  They have lobbied so heavily that they operate without being subject to oversight except by themselves.  There have been several successful lawsuits against them, but they have scrubbed most of the evidence form the internet.  You can still find a few of them including one listed on this site, which involved their local unsupervised Thug, Thomas Reilly.  In nearly everyone of the suits I have found he is usually at the heart of the problem.  He is somehow currently working for the Dallas County Sheriff's dept.; the Texas Dept. of Insurance; and The North Texas Auto Theft Task Force all at the same time???  He makes up his own hours and rules so he is able to earn substantial overtime while stalking you, your family, and your friends  He also gets a "take home vehicle" to follow you around in which he lost when he was transferred to be a bailiff about ten years ago.  In retaliation, he sued his own department so they created this position for him so they didn't have to hear his whining.  Now he sits in the corner and plays with all of our lives with almost no repurcussions.

He will contact everyone you know and lie to them as well as show up at their offices trying to get them fired or embarassed until they submit.  He will follow people around and even take telephoto pictures of them and then shop them around town ruining your reputation.  He constantly misrepresents the facts and the laws.  He will attempt to use his connections with other law enforcement and prosecutors to threaten charges without evidence.  He has been accused of lying or misrepresenting the facts to law enforcement officials in other State's in order to get them to press/threaten charges because he knows he can't or is simply too lazy to do anything but lie or bully.  Then under the guise of the other States' threats/charges/concerns, which were based on his lies in the first place, he will snatch your vehicle and hide it, sometimes for months until you give in.

He has been accused of getting people's personal info. directly from Geico without authority since they collaborate with him.  Reilly gets the car and Geico gets their piece by tacking on several phony or frivolous charges that they are usually unable to produce documentation for if you are strong willed enough to stand up to them in Court.  They have also admitted doctoring/fabricating many of these documents in the past.  If you get them to Court, they will attempt to declare themselves immune from having to testify by claiming there is still an ongoing investigation so they shouldn't have to explain themselves until after the investigation ends.  Guess who decides when the "investigation" ends?  They do!  This is also a scheme to have any causes of action you have against them waived through the passage of too much time.

Even harder to believe is that if you attempt to stand up to them, they will use other organizations to sandwhich you in between potential criminal charges and some form of a civil cause/ hearing, thereby depriving you of many of your rights.  They even use the State Bar of Texas, like they did in the case you sited in attempts to gain an unfair advantage in their extortion rings.  The guy you mentioned was just one of several that have done this.  At least that guy was caught.

I will be instituting suit against them as well if you would like more information about these hypocrites.  If this has happened to you or someone else you know please contact me.  I already know of several others they have done this to and we are tired of letting them get away with it.

Scott A. Henderson of GEICO was sued by the Texas Bar!

AUTHOR: Sam - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 27, 2009

In my recent investigation to see if Scott Allen Henderson, an attorney for GEICO in Dallas, Texas, has had any trouble with the Texas State Bar, what I found was shocking!!   According to the Dallas County District court records, Mr. Henderson was sued in 1995 by the Commission for Lawyer Discipline.  The Style of the lawsuit is The Commission for Lawyer Discipline v. Scott A. Henderson and James Morgan Stabler, Cause No. 95-04236.  Mr. Henderson was sued for "presenting and/or participating in presenting disciplinary charges solely to gain an advantage in a civil matter."  This sounds similar to what he attempted with me in a so called settlement meeting at GEICO this year, and because he was sore about having to settle my suit  against GEICO and his client.  GEICO simply has threats built on a house of cards, nothing else, and a customer in my opinion, who is untrustworthy.    In 1992, Mr. Henderson's legal partner, James Morgan Stabler, was additionally sued.  What is jaw dropping, is what the Office of Disciplinary Council in Austin, Texa told me recently about Mr. Stabler.  I was told that Mr. Henderson's former legal partner, Mr. Morgan pleaded guilty to the Crime of Felony Theft in the Criminal District Court No. 4 in Dallas County, Texas Cause No. F-0500629-K.  Mr. Stabler was sentenced to five (5) years probation, fined $2000, and was ordered to pay $65,696.40 in restitution.  I was also told that Mr. Stabler resigned his law license in lieu of punishment by the Texas Bar.  What is even more striking is the signatures of each of the Texas Supreme Court Justices removing him from the Texas Bar.
