 WHAT CAN I SAY YOU HEARD ALL THESE STORIES BEFORE

ITEM DIDNT MATCH MANIFEST, CONTACTED CHRIS MICHON AT GENCO

PLACED ORDER AND DID WIRE TRANSFER AS I WAS INSTRUCTED  

SAID THAT HAPPENS, TOLD HIM CAN MISTAKE A $500 DYSON (COMPARED TO THE DIRT DEVIL I RECIEVED)

CHRIS MICHON BASICALLY TOLD ME CANT DO ANYTHING I NOT A (BIG BUYER ANYWAY) CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR THE EMPLOYEES FOR THAT MATTER

B.B.B no help to small business

 So i got a email from B.B.B and basically showed me its about big business

B.B.B closed the case from a letter they recieved from genco saying

GENCO utilizes product information provided by our retail partners in order to properly scan and categorize products.   In some cases, such as the Dyson vacuum example, it is possible that UPCs are grouped in a batch and a discrepancy may occur (BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SEE ALL COMPLAINTS , ALWAYS THE SAME COMPLAINT, ALWAYS THE SAME RESPOND).   Also, our operations contracts with our supplier partners do not allow us time to inspect items (SO WE ALSO DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WILL GET) due to commitments of high volume scanning unless they are requested for a B2C channel.  

As this was a B2B liquidation inventory purchase, it is possible that the returned item in a box could differ from the sku or product as described on the outer box.   It is for these reasons that we keep our prices low but also advise customers to plan to purchase multiple lots over time to even out the quality of the inventory.  This multi-purchase approach has helped GENCO Marketplace maintain positive relationships with thousands of customers (SO YOU HAVE TO BUY IN MULTIPLE TRUCKS TO MAKE A PROFIT OR ITS A LOSS ?????? THATS CRAZY).

If said person wishes to continue a business relationship with GENCO Marketplace, we can discuss options for future purchases (OK, LETS GIVE THE CROOKS MORE MONEY $) that can help said person recoup lost profits.  Said person can contact Vince Curtin, GENCO Marketplace Sales Director, at 1-800-677-3110 to explore these options.

Now because this letter was sent to the B.B.B and no attempt was made to make it right with me from genco, this is the outcome.

"Although you have not responded to our previous email request to confirm that this complaint has been resolved,(1st of all i never recieved a email from the B.B.B or Genco in regards to a complaint being resolved.I recieved email saying account was transfered from B.B.B in AZ to B.B.B in Pittsburg

thats here nor there

the previous response from company addresses disputed issues.  Therefore, the Bureau assumes that this complaint has been resolved, and will not take further action on it.

This complaint will be listed on the company's Business Review with the following language: "The company addressed the disputed issues, and the complaint(s) have been resolved." (WE'LL ALL I CAN SAY IS THE LORD GIVETH *GENCO MARKETPLACE TAKETH***IF YOUR SMART YOU WILL STAY AWAY
