I purchased an over $11,000 lot of 119 HDTVs from GencoMarketplace. These were advertised and sold as "un-inspected customer returns". Upon receipt it was blatantly obvious that all 119 HDTVs had been inspected and tested as bad with the vast majority of them having broken screens. Not a single serviceable or repairable TV in the lot, which they unquestionably knew when they deceived me into paying $11,000 for the privilege of taking out their garbage. Genco deliberately misrepresented the lot to garner a higher price for their trash. This lot should have been labeled as salvage or parts only because they were obviously rejects from Genco’s test line and had even been labeled with what was wrong with them such as signs that said "broken screen" on the boxes. How could they be uninspected if they labeled them with what was wrong with them? Blatant fraud on Genco’s part. [continued below]....
My sales rep's name is Ray Gallagher after emailing him pictures of what I received his only option to me was to sell me another load "at their cost".
Check out my youtube video of what I got from Genco.
