bought my 42 inch lcd tv,called the warranity co, when the tv started having problems with lines in it, they came out and said it could not be fixed. so the warranity co called and said they would like to replace my  tv with a brand i can not even locate in any stores or on line,and the tv only comes with a 90 day warranity,my tv came with a one year warranity. this tv sounds like a ripoff and i told them so. then they offer me 488 dollars for my tv to replace it,when i payed 1500 dollars for my tv,

i told them i can,t replace my tv for that price, and my contract says they have to give me a vocher for the price i payed at the place i got it.they then tell me they don,t have to do that it,s up to them to decide and they don,t give vochers to retailers, i don,t understand how the contract can say one thing and they don,t honor what,s in their own contract. i don,t want to end up with a  cheap new tv that only has a 90 day warranity on it. what good was buying this contract when they don,t have to honor it. please can anyone help me before i have to take this offer from them,
