they made several unauthorized hard inquires which have been on my report for a year and wont come off for another year. they were unauthorized i wasnt applying for credit or anything. i spent all of 2011 in a nursing home. lowered my credit score by 20 pnts and just cost me getting my new car last weekend cuz i was 11 pts too low

they wont acknoledge it or remove it
