It is true that everyone in the office ask Ms. Guerra to fire Eunice Romaguera. She was very disturbing to everyone.

She try to flirt with every lawyer there including Mr. Kravitz, which was afraid of her unusual behavior.

It seems that she start to work there to socialize with Ms. Guerra which never gave her a minute of her time.

Obviously the above statement was issue by Eunice Romaguera who was fire after trying everything to belong to the family. She was trying to flirt with Mr. Robert Kravitz, Esq. She was trying everything to entrap every man in the office or to socialize with the staff.

She was fired.

Eunice Romaguera is angry as Ms. Guerra because she was the one who fired her as if she was the only one responsible for Eunice being fired.

No one in the office liked Ms. Romaguera. Mr. Kravitz was afraid of her behavior. She seems to be crazy and she was trying to flirt with every man in the office.

She was angry because Ms. Guerra is a real celebrity and a beautiful woman, but she is a great professional. She has never flirt with anyone. Each person in the office has their own relationship outside of the office environment.

This is the most professional and efficient office that I work.

Ms. Guerra was right by firing Ms. Eunice Romaguera. She was very disturbing, umprofessional. Ms. Guerra fired Eunice by the request of everyone in the office.

Shobha Nagaprasanna has file unemployment compensation after voluntarily quit her job with the firm to have some time off to study for a test (CPA exam)

Ms. Guerra, who is an extremely ethical person disagree with the fraudulent claim from Ms. Nagaprasanna and has contested the fraudulent/ unethical filing. LT Case No 08-01383 at 3rd DCA Case No. 3D08-1501. What she does not know that Ms. Guerra has no more control of this type of file. The DCA Attorney is the one going after Ms. Nagaprasanna's wrong doing.

However, Ms. Guerra's position is that the system must be used as for its intent and not for an unethical person to receive Unemployment compensation.

Ms. Guerra, has a great ethical and a great reputation. She is a true celebrity and well known around the world. Obviously, the ex-employee who had left for incompetence are very jelous of her.

As of being a celebrity: Yes she is! She earned that position and it is well stablished. She is one of the most amazing and interesting person one can ever meet.

It is understandable why some people would be so envyous of her, but she earned her position with strong and solid foundations. If one does not have the capability to be with her, unfortunately will not be at her group.

This statement must have been done by an ex-employee out of envy and bitterness! This employee must have been fired for incompetence because this is one of the best law firms to work or being a client. There is no place for incompetence.
