Gentle Breeze Online Ridiculous interest rates, recurring "extension" fees, deceitful policies make it harder to pay off loans easily and on time boulevard, California

I took out a payday loan for $175 dollars with gentle breeze. After the loan was completed they told me a I would be charged a fee to extend the repayment of the loan if i wished to. Assuming that the loan would be taken automatically my next payday.

Instead, Gentle Breeze Online charged loans fees several times and has not applied any payments towards the principal of the loan and i apparently required to notify them days ahead of time (3 days) to take the full amount. By the time I learned what happened they had been charging my bank account $59.00 every 2 weeks for FOUR months!

I tried to log on online to see what was going on but my password did not go through. I requested a New password that supposedly would be sent to the email address i provided. I received no such email after checking my inbox and spam folder on and off for about an hour. I work 2 jobs and am often unable to make much time for phone calls.

I've done many payday loans before and never have i heard of having to notify a company before they collect the loan on the said date. Not to mention the fact that they have my account information and are perfectly capable of taking the needed amount at anytime. Instead I've paid more than twice the amount i borrowed and they expect more!

Don't trust this company. I wished I'd checked Ripoff Report first.
