George is the nicest guy but it get very very difficult or impossible when it comes obtaining his rent money. Greatest excuse creator you will ever meet.
If you enjoy trying to collect rent and getting excuse after excuse like we have, go ahead and rent to this guy. Definitely not the kind of resident most owners want in their building.
