 BEWARE OF THE CONTRACT. I went to the training class and never went to another sessions afterwards, I had a family emergency to attend to and couldn't attend the classes. I was assuming the $368 down payment was all I owed and would take it as a loss or at least work with George to get half back or something. He's right I should have read the fine print of the contract as it was an OPEN ENDED TERM contract. That's right IT NEVER ENDS! I didn't realize this until I saw my bank billing statement and reported the charges to Dispute. When I called George directly to settle with the gym directly he simply gave me the number to Member Solutions and told me "tough luck you signed a contract,

I can now bill you every 30 days until you cancel." The worst part is the only way to end your contract is to write a certified letter to the gym, you can't just call and tell them I don't want to be a gym member! When I told him his stance would result in my writing a negative online review he started claiming I was threatening him and he didn't care about bad reviews online. Bottom line is billing someone for something you haven't earned is a disgusting way of doing business and not caring about people is probably just the tip of the ice berg of unethical things going on at this place. Now I will pay my $507 in charges and write this review as it's the only recourse I have for the shady practices of George Prevalsky's gym.
