 Price gouging. Fraud. Where do we start. Same experience as we now know many others have had with this locksmith company. Promises to arrive only to show up an hour late. Quoted at $15 service fee and labor starting at $35... five minutes and a car unlock later an invoice for $220 wass given to my wife who was stuck there. Claimed a $25 service fee and $195 in services. She was alone and intimidated by the "technician". Already contacting the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs as well as credit card company and District Attorneys. Please let everyone know this company is seemingly intentionally shielding their address from BBB and others. I'll be contacting all web servers as well that they are apparently engaging in predatory practices.
