Georgia Business Services Company took money for paralegal services and they did not provide service and money was not returned Cleveland Georgia

This company on October 23, 2013, excepted services to provide paralegal services to look up statues and type documents. After meeting with Chief Financial Executive Financial Officer Larry J. Warner address at that time 945 Old Magnolia Trail, Canton, Georgia 30115, Cherokee county and he examine documents, I presented for his review. He wanted to keep the documents but I explained they were original and suggested copies mailed be certified to his office. They were received and signed by Warner. He stated he wanted to help me with the documents because I was in my 70's like his mother, she was a paralegal and wanted to help him.

He accepted the work and was paid for services in advance. They stalled on preparing the document preparationey for several weeks and sent me a letter staing; I decline the work.  He returned the documents and did not return the up front money. After that he  ignored my letters, emails and phone calls  for return of the money. And he disapeared. Previously, I spoke with affilates in the office and was told he was not in but he was given the messages and would call me.

This was unusual behavior There phone number changed and now they have an office listed as: Georgia Paralegal Services. 404 Grove Road Cleveland, GA 30528. Today, I see no email or phone number for this company. The company is listed with the Secretary of State active and orginated in 2008 at 945 Old Magnolia Trail, Canton, Ga 30115.

My address and phone number has not changed. I am still waiting for a refund and a return of the money totaling $200.00,of which I have a receipt signed by Larry J. Warner.

If I am not getting my money back for which I beleive should be returned, Others need to beware!
