I saw an add on TV for small cups for my new Keurig coffee maker for $10.99. I ordered them using my credit on line. When it got to the final stage of ordering, the total jump to $33.96. It said click Continue to change or order. I click continue to change and ensure I was only paying the advertise price on $10.00, instead of letting me change it I continued to order the item and sent an email notification to my email address confirming the order for $33.96. I looked for the 800 number advertised with the add and it was no longer on the add.

I just ordered it online. It says 10.99 for a double order plus shipping and handling and separate shipping and handling for the free set. There is no spot to just order one set or does it ever tell you that you get two sets for the 10.99, you can't go back and even thought it says there is a confirmation screen you get no confirmation/change screen. When you click it you get your order confirmation screen. I was charged 17.98 for the cups and 6.99 for the shipping. I couldn't find a phone number anywhere on the website for me to call to verify. There are multiple extra offers to upgrade to stainless steel ones for an extra 9.99 each screens until you finally get your order. To me it looks like you are paying for the cups and not the shipping. A phone number would be helpful and confirmation order screen should show up, so you know what you are getting. The site needs work, otherwise I feel this is a bit misleading.
