getmed360.com AIM Crafty at selling insurance coupons as major medical, Internet

I didn't know whether to send this to Insurance Fraud or Consumer Protection. I am using my daughter's email to send this. My name is xxxxxxxxxxxx. I am very ill, and I have a very bad memory and comprehension because of my illness. I also need insurance. This company, getmed360.com, has a bunch of fast-talking salespeople who switch information around quickly to make it sound like the buyer is purchasing major medical insurance when really the product is an almost worthless coupon card. I was scammed out of $100, and I am on a very fixed income.

I can barely make it to the next month. I just spent all morning trying t get a person on the phone, but the number they gave me only says to leave a message. Their website says to cancel like this: How does a member cancel their plan if it does not fit their needs? The cancellation must be in writing and sent by fax or email. Cancellations can be faxed to 516-495-7195 or emailed to cancellations@unitedconsumer.org. It is the members responsibility to make sure the email or fax was received. I don't know how I'm supposed to make sure the email or fax was received when they won't answer calls.
