www.getresponse.com is the worst service ever!

I was using before a free php script on my website to get subscribers and send email offers, but after I noticed that most emails I sent were going to the spam folder I stopped to figure out a solution, last month I needed to promote a special event in my company and I was in need to get an newsletter service ASAP; after an online search I responded to an ad that stated "GET STARTED IN MINUTES", once I signed up and uploaded my contacts I got a message saying that they will check my subscribers and let me know if they approve them within 2 days, WTF! there was no disclosure for this step in their website and where did the "GET STARTED IN MINUTES" statement go?, since I just signed up for the service and found out that it was going to take me two days to start using getresponse.com I contacted their chat support to request a refund and cancellation, a girl later emailed me saying "As we have strict no refund policy it is not possible to issue you with a refund. " again WTF! if they grabed my attention with a false advertisement they least I deserve is an appology and my money back, but no these people are just crocs waiting for honest people to fall for their unfair tricks with missleading advertising and really unfriendly policies. And to make it worst I finally got a response from them saying that my constact list was REJECTED, so at the end I couldn't use their service anyway.

Also, if you look closely they offer email list distribution which they don't specify where they get these "lists" from, but of course you can imagine they most likely use your contacts to distribute other people's emails which is another reason why you shouldn't trust these people at all.

In conclusion, they will not work with you and don't offer any guarantee of satisfaction with their service, search online you will find terrible stories of people going throug similar situations as me. I am now out $25 and waiting for a chargeback in my credit card to complete.
