Electrical. conduit was run through a hole cut in the screen. Pavers have sunk in to the deck. Hand rail was not plum. Steel anchor used on hand rail rusted which caused Pebble Tec finish to separate from shell. Tile was not spaced properly. There was black dirt throughout white grout. Builder refused to admit any of this was out of the ordinary or a problem. I have spent over $5000 over the original cost of pool to correct these problems.
