GForce Chips False and Deceptive Advertising resulting in Internet Mail Fraud Irvine California

 GForce has gone to great lengths to publish testimonials from customers (probably one low grade gofer) embellishing mpg gains of 2-6 mpg. I recently purchased their product based on all those giddy comments on how GREAT the product was and wow, look at the mpg gains. Apparently, those satisfied customers believe in the tooth fairy, UFO's and another shooter on the grassy knoll. I installed the product according to their instructions on a 2013 Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi and all connections are tight and properly secured. I drove the vehicle for the last 2 weeks putting 830 miles on it. Not only did I NOT receive any increase in mpg, I actually lost 1.5 mpg. Today I drove to west Texas on the interstate using the cruise control at 65 mph. Mpg is about 1.6 mpg less then before product installed. Of more concern was the abrupt and over downshift to climb moderate hills while on cruise control. 6 speed transmission and it was slam clunking to 3rd or 4th gear with RPMS red lining. I pulled over and disconnected this RAG and continued my trip with mpg returning to previous and no further problems downshifting going up hills. This product is falsely advertised and does not deliver what it says it will do..therefore..it is theft by Fraud. I will be turning it over to the Texas Attorney General for action.
