To our valued customer,
Our warehouse shows we did receive one package from you including our products.
We thank you for correctly returning them and we are now processing a refund for
your account, if you were charged. Depending on your bank's schedule, this could
take up to one billing cycle. Thank you for your patience and for being a Giavonie customer.
Have a great day.

Thanks for the quick reply to my conforming to your return methods, "correctly" to even quote.
I've read a lot of complaints by consumers and rebuttal attempts by the owner. I think that being in the end of march 2013, i would have received my PROMISED refund that was said to be on it's way since november 2012. [continued below]....
..... Calls month after month just get the same lies as before, "it's on the way", "it'll be there within 30days", and the newest greatest ones, by stephan, or however it spells his(?) name "the check is in the mail", "it was sent 2 days ago", then a week later, "it was sent yesterday". Well, maybe, but probably not, Again. When i asked about my confirming email promised with the check mailing, i promptly received a "yeah, i sent it, check your spam folder", and one of the quickest hangups ever, followed by the ever repeating 'leave a message' message hours before closing when i try to call back. (Thank goodness for called ID huh stephan?)
What quality of business are we talking about here? Let's dig deeper...
BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning unclear cancellation terms
regarding the free trial offer and continued billing without customers
knowledge. On February 4, 2014, BBB contacted GiaVonie Skincare,
requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are
filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help
eliminate the causes of complaints. As of this date the business has not
replied to this request. Alternate Business Names: Goldhat Ltd (that's just others will know)
Factors that lowered GiaVonie Skincare's rating include:
Length of time business has been operating.
40 complaints filed against business
Failure to respond to 17 complaints filed against business.
2 complaints filed against business that were not resolved.
What would the rating be, you might ask?
according to BBB
(that's better business bureau, if the concept of better business is grasped at all here)
"On a scale of A+ to F" F (as in Fail)
How could that be?
Complaint: Failure to refund or return product
Giavonie trial offer returned 11/5/12. Received an e-mail product was received
and credit would be issued. I have never received the refund, and
consequent e-mails requesting status has gone unanswered.
Complaint Resolution: Company failed to respond to BBB to resolve or address the complaint issues.
What a shocker, and that's not the complaint I'm filing, it's just another unlucky victim's.
At this point I will momentarily pause this specific rant, while I investigate if I'm eligible to collect interest and lawyer fees as well as my PROMISED REFUND.
p.s. dear giavonie owner that's carefully deciding how to word your rebuttal based on your own T&C , don't waste your time trying to loophole around the email that you have already sent confirming that you have the received your product back ("We thank you for correctly returning them and we are now processing a refund..."). I/we would rather hear why you PROMISE & confirm a REFUND with no follow thru. So now you have your product, and my money.
I challenge you to even attempt to explain how you get to keep your product, and my money.
or, better yet, don't waste your time on that game since you can't do it, I'll retract my pointless unachievable challenge, and just straight dare you to post a real phone number (without an operator repetitively reading scripted lies) to resolve this.
Hmmmm, doubt that will happen. Maybe just admit what a scam artist you're attempting to be?
Hmmmm, doubt that will happen.
I'm real enough to post that you have resolved this, as soon as you do.
Are you professional enough to hold up good business and honor your promises???
.....Then prove it without all the pointless talking in circles that you pay your phone staff to do.
