All you have to do is try the product for 12 days and if you are not satisfied call them and there will e no additional cost. Well MY experience with this company is not what I agreed to in the terms and conditions!!! Day 5 after receiving the product they removed $89. from my account.. Refuse to refund the money and stated it was a billing cycle that I was accidently caught in it, they did not offer to rectify it placing the funds back into my account and living up to the risk free part of thier agreement.
Not only after I return the unused portion will they refund my money. But with the way they have takin my money before it was time to and thier refusal to do anything about it I have NO reason to believe they will give me a refund.At this time I have filled a unauthorized charge claim with my card holder and it will be 2 weeks before I am able to recover my money.
Therefor they have taking money out of my account before I had a chance to experience the 12 day trial and ruined any chance that I could enjoy or use the cream..
