I called to order rose roses for my 6 yr anniversary, I scheduled a Sunday delivery to my wifes work. Sunday came and my wife was about to leave home after her shift and NO ROSES, NO PHONE CALL to let me know, hey we dont deliver Sundays. You would figure that if I chose Sunday on their little calendar, it would give me a BIG message saying "NO SUNDAY DELIVERIES", right?
Internet site does not cleary state NO SUNDAYS, if it does they do not make it obvious.
I talked to the owner on Sunday who said NO SUNDAYS, blah blah blah.
I asked him to deliver first thing Monday, he said no problem we will even make it a nice one for you.
This was for my 6 year anniversary so I had to purchase 2 dozen roses at Conroys Flowers (beautiful Roses, 2 doz for $25), so much easier than dealing with these people. I was expecting the original box of roses to be delivered on Monday as promised by the owner (per our conversation, I said please deliver Monday at my wifes work, if she DOES NOT WORK, I WILL CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW. Meaning, if he did not receive a call from he was supposed to deliver as promised!
Well sure enough, even after a call on Sunday and a promise by the owner to deliver, they still dropped the ball. I dont know if they just dont care, our they have the worlds worst customer service.
They did refund my money fairly quickly and offered a free dozen roses at a later time, but WHY would I reccomend or ask for another free dozen if they could not deliver the 1st order. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS TO ANYONE - UNLESS YOU LIVE CLOSE REDLANDS, DONT RISK IT USE xxxxxxxx.COM (((REDACTED)))
