When I called to complain, they said that they warned me about that in their FAQ. Well, the FAQ is not required reading to purchase a card. Nowhere in the buying process does the website warn you that their cards don't really work like normal Visa cards. Their marketing is misleading and fraudulent.
Also, their Terms of Agreement says that they will be liable if they don't process the transaction on time or in the correct amount. However, they refused to cancel my transaction and refund my money. So they don't even honor their Terms of Agreement.
