just a quick question  dont the vetting process usally take place before you accept a deposit ?  also what overwelming evidence as you have stated did you come up with as you did not say? what aspect did i lie about myself and my personality and how did you come to this conclusion when we never met? can you also tell me what i lied about as my emails say excactly what was said? also you mentiond me stalking you .  how is that possible when i live in ny and you in arizona ? i havent left the tristate area in ages just cant understand how you came to that conclusion.  i have not contacted you by phone or email since the the month the money was refunded or on any forum or social media .  i am not trying to smear your name (you are doing a good job of that yourself ) i am just trying to state my experience with you so other people will have a honest review of our experience . i never attacted you personally in my report .  the reason why i waited so long was only after reading another ripoff report by a lady who had received a very sick dog from you and was wondering if she ended up with the pup that was meant from me and also another gentleman who had asked for information on your kennel and thought that that i would state my experience and let people come tho there own conclusion.  JR for all iknow you can have beautiful healthy dogs and a kennel .  it was just my personal experience with you as a man  maybe you had a bad day or week and were rude because of this and it does not represent you as you really are . if that was the case i would have respected that and understood we all go thru tough times .  but obviously nothing changed and still lying and nasty . maybe a little construtive criticism is not a bad thing and can be helpful in you dealing with people in the future and increase your sales if you can admit your faults and learn from them .

If you believe that i should not have a dog or any other animal then why did you take a deposit from me ? As far as your wife goes  i have never met you and would have no idea if you were married or not .  i always act like a gentleman and if i had a problem with you then i would address you and you alone i would never comment on your family. For you to come out with those statment about your wife on the internet shows you must not rspect yourself or your family. Please dont try to divert the attention away from the subject with crazy accuasations and demeanor yourself and family. i gave you a deposit in the beginning of oct and received a refund in mid jan so again why take my money and keep it for three months if you thought me to be a person who is not qualified to have animals?  i did state that by your behavior and insults in you high pitched voice and screaming that you did not act like a man and if you had a significant other im sure they are very proud of you. if anyone is dangerous it is you and i hope if anyone reading your response to me will relize that it is far from normal and bordering insane . Again i have the emails to back up that what i said is true . i gess this is what you meant in your email by making me famous by lying and stating crazy accusations and falsehoods . contrary to what you believe i think you are making yourself famous people are not stupid and can read between the lines and see you are off your rocker .

We have a pretty extensive vetting process to make sure our dogs don’t go into the hands of abusers and people who don’t not have the right temperament for dogs. After Vetting Harold Schmidt of New Jersey there was no way we could in good conscience send this man a puppy. Our evidence for that decision was overwhelming. Additionally he lied about every aspect of himself and the type of person that is. Harold is a very dangerous person he threaten to "give it my wife" "she probably needs it from a real man" he stated. His stalking, lies and attempts to smear our name YEARS after I refunded his money through paypal (below) show that our conclusion that we would not place one of our animals to someone with these types of behaviors are in fact spot on correct. 

As a side note we quarantine all of our litters till at least 6 weeks for the puppies safety. No visitors. If you lie to us about any portion of your needs wishes or environment our dog will be in you are automatically washed out. Additionally, As evidenced from his rape comment we find him to be a very dangerous man.

On a very good note his puppy was placed with a wonderful family with three kids needing a strong protection dog. Their pup has excelled and is living very well with his new family. They are very grateful, as are we. Very happy ending!
