i purchased a pursue, which was advertised as a saint laurent paris sac de jour leather bag it was suposed to be brand new, i paid thousands of dillars fr it. unfortunately, it sarrive with heavy creases in the leather.  their return policy is that an item arives damaged they wil return the price. i think it happened inntransit or it may be the way the compay stored the bag , however it does not look new. they said that the way it was damaged in shiping was not their problem, and they would only refund the money if the bag had tears or scratches on it. they were extremely rude and dismisive of my complaint, the bag looks used.,
