My name is Timothy , of Ferndale,WA. Back in Feb. of 2006, I ordered 2 GGW dvd's for my friend's bachelor party, When I spoke to the salesperson on the phone, I explicetly said that these 2for1 dvd's were all I wanted, when I was repetedly asked by the salesperson about different monthly offers on future dvd's. They ultimatly said ok, but yet they con't to send me a new dvd every month since.
I'v caled there socalled cancellation line twice I've E-mailed, and have even threatened fraud charges! Because of the fact that they're pulling such a scam, they send me a dvd for 24.99 on my creditcard, then I'd have to spend 3.00 dollars to mail it back, only to be credited 19.99 back to my bank account, leaveing me out the difference of 5.00, so that with the 3.00 to send it back, I'm OUT 8.00 dollars, and thev've made 5.00 dollars off ME. What a G*** RIPOFF!!
