This is the exact copy of their website. I saw on here someone else reported on this facility, what they said is almost exactly right. This is more of a detox facility. They claim to be a mental health facility but they mostly deal with chemical dependancy.

Think you might get to have therapy or counseling or just help adjusting your meds? No, you have to go to groups like AA or drug dependancy, whether you have a chemical dependancy or not. Maybe you choose not to go or participate because you don't drink or do drugs, too bad you just signed yourself up for another week, or month.

Have dietary issues, no salt, no sugar, no fat, special restrictions, soft food? Too bad you eat what they give you or you don't eat at all, unless you happen to have the one single dietician that actually does do her job, or one of the 2 techs that care enough to do theirs. And do not think that complaining about it to anyone will fix it because you really won't get to eat.

Need to talk to the nurse about your meds? Don't bother because while your there it isn't any of your buisness what or how much your taking or if they are even giving you what you brought in. And don't waste your time complaining to the nurses, techs, or staff about anything because to them your just another "annoying" patient, or family member.

"If you sign yourself in you can leave when you want"...I don't think so. Ask to go and you just signed yourself up for more time.

And especially do not think the front desk workers will be nice, understanding or caring. Everytime I go visit from the first time I went they expected me to know what was going on, where to go, what to do and acted completely annoyed when I asked questions. One lady, that worked a holiday, was especially rude and kept running her mouth to the family members. So you had to work a holiday, too bad we don't want to be there either, unfortunately we have too. If you don't want to do your job, quit.

Here's an idea, ACTUALLY hire people that want to do their job, have people and customer service experience, are knowledgable about their positions, have sensitivity to peoples issues, are able to answer questions without an attitude, understand that some people actually do not know how things there work, don't sit there and argue with family members, listen to whatever issues you have {after all, talking to the staff they have is like talking to a brick wall}, tell you how to file a complaint and STOP MILKING THE INSURANCE.
