I have been contacted by Bruce on September 29,2016 who said to be seniour account manager of "Global moving and storage" when i was looking for moving companys for our Move from saskatoon, SK to Fredericton, NB in October. He sent me quotation and I was agreed on that. We have paid him $441 on October 05,2016 by credit card to book our move . He booked our move on October 27,2016. On October 24,2016 I was contacted by Jason and said he would be the one who will look after our move. He asked us to pay $147 more by e-transfer .

He said he will cancel our move if wouldnt pay him this pending payment. I asked Bruce AKA Mark and he confirmed that he is from dispatch department and asked me to pay. We don't had any option because we were all packed to move on October 27,2016. After that he rebooked us for October 29,2016 at 9.00am. And we agreed on that because we could not do anything at that time. Our tenant was suppose to move in our home on October 30th.We waited whole day on October 29th but no one showed up. We contacted both Bruce and Jason but no answer. He have 18 months littlle daughter . It got really frustuating to handle all situation.

Next morning we contacted bruce again and he said we should look for other movers if we can. Its common sense how anyone will be ready to pick our stuff in such a short notice. But luckily we contacted H.K movers and they manamged to pick our stuff on October 31st,2016. We had hired cleaners for move out cleanup because we had to  handover keys to our tenenat at night on October 31st. Its January 04,2017 today and still Global Moving and storage company is not refunding us our money. They have registered GST number and I feel sorry to canadian government they have given authority to such scammers to scam common people.
