*Historically Global Standard Industries LLC has had one law suit to date, which involved a disagreement with an internal associate. This has nothing to do with the conventional transactions of the organization. The associate in question was extremely successful at the firm and their efforts were financially effective, with the mentoring of the senior management.

These people have no shame...Facts are they Lie, Steal and Cheat YOU out of your money...So I recomend that you don't don't waste your time and money listening to their lies. Rally, don't even consider what they say... it is all BS.

Global Standard Industries, LLC (“GSI”) is based upon responsible entrepreneurial spirit and long term commitment over short term goals. Many years of preparation and multiple generations of family office, private capital management, private public/ municipal asset management and industrial activity have led up to the present moment, which the firm takes very seriously.

The firms position is represented by legal counsel of record. The assertions listed in the November 25, 2014 Law360 article have been responded to and in large part refuted and denied as being inaccurate statements of fact. Assertions like “defendant’s concerted action in orchestrating the scheme” and others are clearly denied. This matter is in the process of litigation and we expect that it will be resolved satisfactorily to all concerned. It is important to note that this is a civil litigation matter only. The involvement between the plaintiff and the defendant is a civil matter caused by a disagreement.

The firm is aware of the key essential service that Law360 provides to the legal community by keeping both litigation, corporate and transactional counsel up to the minute on a broad range of important legal developments. Due to the volume of cases and the ongoing nature of litigation, they are not able to update many cases that are filed. During the course of our business operations, we have had one legal matter, which in our opinion did not need to be resolved using the court system, and in fact was escalated by plaintiffs counsel forcefully seeking a resolution. GSI legal counsel has been successful at mitigating the over broad claims and demands to a large degree, based upon the factual and accurate details of the business relationship with the plaintiff.

Global Standard Industries has always been an open and accessible organization. We do return our phone calls and respond to all questions and concerns in a productive fashion. In the years that GSI has been in business, this is the only legal matter that has arisen, it is in the form of a civil law suit. While zero would always be a better number in this category, one legal dispute that is clearly resolvable is still a phenomenal track record.
