global tel link Goldman Sacs Global Tel will cause stroke or heart attack! Internet

I have been dealing with this Global Tel Link for approximately two months. I am in California and my son is in a jail in Arkansas. I have been having trouble with this phone company since the beginning. But, now it is even worse than previously. My son will call and It is a very bad connection, I cannot hear what he is saying. I called the Global Tel, as I have to almost every day. In the past week I put into the global tel account $100.00. I called and spoke to them and I feel like I am going to have a stroke or something. They will not reason with me. When he calls, they charge me, whether I accept the call or not. She said, and this was the supervisor, she said that if I even hear the recorded voice, that I am charged. But, I have not been accepting the calls because I cannot hear him! Anyway, they took all the money and they will not explain to me why. I think you should at least be able to say a couple of words to the other person to be charged $5. a pop. I am so upset I cannot even think. I have never in my life encountered any company like this!! There has to be a law against what they are doing. There was one call, where I couldn't make out a word he was saying... as far as I am concerned, that costed me $100.00. The only words that were spoken were , Jeremy, I can't hear you..
 
After I got off the phone with Global Tel, and her saying that they would not give me any of the minutes put back into my global tel account, I felt like I would have a stroke or something. I could not believe, or understand how I was charged this much money! I refuse to do this any more. I miss my son, and want to hear his voice, but I am on a fixed income, and I have to eat. I'll be willing to write 2 letters per day. I will not let them wreck my health. I hate this company. I hear they are hiding out. I guess there are people who want to kill them. I surely can see why. I'm done.. stick a fork in me. I'll write many many letters and be very happy. How can this horrible company get away with this???? What kind of country are we living in that would allow something like this to go on. Karma should be catching up with this company sooner or later. God willing.
