Three months ago I put in a claim for a lost/stolen phona and tablet. Three months I have been calling, the store where I purchased the insurance from Global warranty Group has been calling...to no avail. 

When the phone and tablet were originally lost/stolen, after paying replacement fees, Global replaced them. Within three weeks the phone they sent,  broke down. The replacement tablet came much later (almost 6 weeks later), and when it arrived it could not hold a charge. 

I was promised a check for the phone and a check for the tablet but neither has arrived. Meanwhile, I had to purchase a phone.

They are not responsive. The "customer service" reps claim they do not have supervisors, do not have access to any other part of the organization. i am stonewalled at every turn.

There are several compliants against them on Google reviews and one here on the Rip Off site. I don't know what to do next.

Three months to send checks to replace my phone and tablet...

After I wrote to the NY State Attorney General's Office, the BetterBusiness Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce, and posted on Yelp and Rip Off site, I received the checks March 3rd that the company has promised on December 3rd would arrive in a few days. THREE months later!

Do not use this company! Read their reviews. Thei Rip Off rebuttal stated that this was a glitch in their system yet theit reviews on various websites and filed consumer complaints show this is standard practice when it comes to sending checks.

I am grateful that after three months they sent the checks but at this point I have carried the cost of laying out the money for a new phone and tablet thus incurred interest rates, I have used countless hours tracking these people down, and have soured my relationship with my local phone supplier who sold me the insurance.

Again, don't do business with Global Alliance.
