globe life insurance giving my the run around, they havent received any paperwork that ive sent. oklahoma , Oklahoma

ok my mother has had globe life for 11 year's now and my sister just passed 9-23-12 and she called globe a week later. they requested death cert, so she send regesterd mail. they signed for this on 10-15-12 ... she didnt hear anything from them so she called a week after the oct 15th and they said they didnt get it

and she said i have the card rite here showing u signed for it. then the story changed to oh yeah we got it but there isnt a deatch cert, then oh we have that but there isnt a cause of death.... all of this is on the death certificate. now they just sent another letter saying they didnt get the orginal copy and she sent that the first time.... its now 11-18-12 and still nothing  

.... its putting her threw alot of stress!!  if anyone can tell me what she can do or who to call.... maybe a lawyer?  please email me at brauer48223@yahoo.com  in subject line please put in about globe rip off... so i can weed out spam thanks for ur time.
