I was warned to do the systems check on travel trailers and told what to look out for in purchasing the vessel: Check operation of all appliances on all three systems: propane, electric and battery. Make sure the hot water and air conditioner are in working order. Check for roof leaks. In spite of my efforts to protect myself Globe Motors did everything to lie to me about what was broken in my travel trailer and no matter how many times I asked them to tell me what was wrong they refused to tell me the truth. They tried to give us only one propane tank and when we asked for the other they gave it to us empty so we couldn’t check the appliances entirely, the batteries they gave us only lasted long enough to know that the converted did work, and they attempted to keep the TV that belong to my trailer. They broke items in my travel trailer such as the steps and the converter putting the cost on me which were not “as is”, they were deceitful committing fraud and identity theft generating documents that include my signature on them to avoid paying damages on my travel trailer and other items missing namely the master key that I did request to my travel trailer and they refused. Even when I looked for leaks on the ceiling I didn't find the damages until months later when I was able to get on the roof and found that the roof was very soft and realized that the ceiling was very white because they had bleached it all.

On 1/26/16 I arrived alone at Globe Motors to view a Travel Trailer I had noticed off of Sprague Street then drove on the parking lot to look at a white Eagle Jayco Travel Trailer. I knew nothing about trailers and they could tell I knew nothing because once I made my choice in what I wanted the sales man was trying real hard to get me to sign the contract before doing the systems check he was even intimidating me by escalating his temper. I didn’t even know what a systems check was or how important it is since I had never gone through one. This salesman seemed like he was on drugs; very anxious full of energy, very pushy, and acting as if I was doing something wrong. In fact my friend and I did witness one of their employees smoking marijuana on the lot as we drove in. The more I hesitated and refused to sign the contract before doing the systems check the more aggressive and assertive his voice got and he was bouncy. It was very scary. I refused and I told him there is no way and to get the trailer ready for 1/27/16 (and after calling a friend) we would be back.

They failed to get the trailer ready for the next day on 1/27/16. There were pipes that should have been connected round about the water heater and the converter that were not so when they hooked up the water hose, my friend and I witnessed the water come pouring over the converter and the fuse box. The converter was destroyed, and we found the water heater never did work; we were slowly finding out that there were big items broken and this was why they wanted me to sign the contract before they did the systems check. I got injured by this dealer in the end but it could have been much worse for me because I was like a lamb with two lion’s in a pit. They gave me their word I signed papers and paid with credit card: Globe Motors took my travel trailer to Johnson’s RV where the converter was installed and between the two of them they coerced me into buying the converter or I would not get my trailer. Johnson’s RV looks out for Globe Motors regardless if they are wrong and they throw the customer under the bus. For the record, two months later when this converter wasn’t working properly I called Johnson’s RV and they blew me off even though the converter installation was still under warranty by "Progressive Dynamics Inc. (Inteli Power 9200 Series)" who by the way ignored me as well when I contacted them regarding the broken converter.

I never heard from anyone and they never called me back. I told the salesman it was just little me, 90 pounds, 5' and I can’t afford no problems to just tell me what the problems are in this trailer but they didn’t have morals to spare me the pain. They took advantage of me in every aspect they could and they did successfully. The sales man kept trying to distract me from making good judgment calls by telling stupid stories and lying to me and in the end his cunning ways worked b/c we got distracted and we were misled. These people are bad, you have to be on your feet every second you are on their lot since they tell you nothing of what is wrong about what they are selling you and they tell you hideous stories to keep you confused and distracted taking away your right to make good decisions otherwise if I would have known the full truth I would have left. The toilet was leaking, the water heater was broken, sink facet was leaking, and it wasn’t until way later that I would learn that the refrigerator needed replacing costing $1500.00.

I didn't know any of this without the systems check and they knew this. These people are sick and wrong. I told them saying, "it's just little me, I can't afford any problems so just tell me what's wrong with this trailer!" In spite of two minds working together these people are so cunning and good at distracting you b/c we were so preoccupied with looking for pins and needles that we still missed the refrigerator in the chaos. My friend managed to get the microwave which was broken replaced by them, he fought for the TV that belong to the trailer, he made them fix the toilet which was leaking, they were instructed to fix the faucet but it still leaks, and the water heater which was broken. I got screwed over with the converter $300.00 they broke it then hijacked my trailer and wouldn't let me have it back until I paid Globe Motor's bill. When they had to take the trailer to install the converter they couldn’t get the steps in so an employee takes a hammer to all three steps and pounds on them breaking the solid black material; costing a few hundred dollars on that item not yet paid for. This cost is not mine and I wish to be reimbursed.

When Globe Motors submitted for my tittle they forced me to pay some park donations fee of $60.00 that I would never pay for and in doing the tittle transfer they generated additional information in the tittle transfer request where my signature was committing identity theft and then they added their physical address as my physical address. I gave them a PO. Box address; according to DMV they needed my physical address and it was right at that time I discovered they had scammed me again when I had requested for them to make certain that they give me all of the keys to the travel trailer but they give me duplicates to one hole intentionally passing it on as keys for the master front door in hopes I don't notice but I noticed right away. I went in asking for the master and they refused to give me the key. I was shocked. 

So weeks later they called for my physical address I told them to give me the master key they intentionally are keeping from me and then I will give them my address and so they forge the title transfer papers committing identity theft and successfully got my name transferred in the title with their physical address. However, the date of the document with my signature was 1/27/16 and when they called me it was weeks later. I never saw this document with my signature and their physical address before. Regarding the contract and making deals with them: They made promises that they would fix these items if I would sign the contract. Part of the other deal was they would shampoo the carpet for $60.00 but they reneged on that and they would detail the trailer but they reneged on that as well. It’s bad enough that we didn't catch the refrigerator, but when we go to sit down to draw up the contract while my friend has his head up looking around believing that the salesman is going to keep his word; the salesman takes advantage of my friend's trust and puts in the contract that they would fix only the water heater and no more free work. I am comprehensively illiterate and I informed them that I am not able to sign anything alone.

This is how they got away with forcing me to pay for the converter once they damaged it. Once Globe Motors drove it to Johnson's RV in Spokane WA I had signed the papers and the words were written in stone as he con us and I didn’t know what they wrote until it was too late. Globe Motors cheated me, literally scammed me, lied to me, and sold me something I didn’t agree to. Globe Motor’s staff are con artists and this dealership needs to be shut down and I don’t know how much of this scam has been going on or for how long. I didn’t ask for this and I did everything possible to avoid being scammed but they are so experienced at cheating people. This makes me outraged and did I mention the broken frig they worked so hard to keep from me is going to cost me $1500.00 to fix? What good is a trailer without a frig. when you have to live in it? They need to pay for this, the $600.00 roof repair, for my steps, the leaking sink, and reimburse me for the ridiculous $60 DMV Donors Awareness State Park Fee, the $300.00 converter, the steps will be $100-300, my new front door lock, and my pain and suffering for their deception and driving me into crippling depression. It has taken me this long to fight back b/c their evil acts drove me into a morbid dark hole. Liars must lie in order they slither into your life or pocket book otherwise would you let them in if they said to you, "I am going to cheat you, steal from you, take advantage of you b/c I only care about myself, money, and filling my fat belly so I can sleep at night and find I my next victim tomorrow."
