I AM NOW PURSUING LEGAL ACTION WITH LAW OFFICES OF DIMITRI MEDOV BECAUSE G.M.A.C. WILL NOT RELEASE THE TITLE TO MY 2006 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX!!!

THEY ARE ALSO REPORTING INNACURATELY TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS ABOUT MY PAYMENT HISTORY, AND REFUSE TO CORRECT ERRORS!!!!

GMAC CLAIMS I OWE ~$3000 IN LATE FEES , A REPOSSESION FEE WHICH NEVER OCCURRED, AND LAST TWO MONTHS OF PAYMENTS. THAT IS TOTALLY INACCURATE!!! I SENT A CHECK TO THEM FOR LAST MONTH PAYMENT AND ONE MONTH OF LATE FEES, AND GMAC NEVER CASHED IT---THE CHECK SAID PAID IN FULL SEND TITLE ON FRONT AS WELL!!!

I NEED MY TITLE AND THE INACCURATE INFO REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT BUREAUES---I WANT IT TO SHOW PAID IN FULL NEVER LATE(I WAS LATE ONCE IN 2008)!!!!
