I am a student in New Zealand, and I had my virtual dedicated server for months building websites to help pay my study fees.

I have tried to explain the situation to Godaddy multiple times, which was basically that someone tried to blackmail me (failing) and then falsely reported me to Godaddy. Godaddy won't even listen to me because it is against their policy to listen to what people have to say.

Because of this, Godaddy suspended my hosting, which was prepaid for a month (about $50 gone there), and took the websites I spent months of my time making with it. They refuse to let me use half of my domain names which I paid around $200 for. And to top it off they want to charge me $200 to be able to use them again, which I can't afford (my other option is to wait untill they expire and repurchase them, which will take about 8.5 years).

This isn't a fair situation at all, I spent most of my money on their services trying to create an income stream and then they take it away and try to suck more money out of me.

GoDaddy has a history of allowing known reported scammers to continue to run services once they have been reported multiple times.

I think these actions speak volumes of what type of integerity godaddy has.

This is really no surprise that they would ruin you like this but allow scammers to continue to operate.

You really don't give any facts a to what "situation" are you talking about. What was being reported to godaddy?
