Short Summary.   Go King Movers damaged our brand new hardwood floors and the movers attempted to cover up with rug/furniture.  That after a horrible move experience which only had half items moved.    I discovered damage next day when move was completed.   I notified the office that same day (Dec 19/20 2013) and they apologized, and promised to resolve in a timely manner.   From Jan to now (Apr 6) my contact with the office has been excuses, pass the buck, and empty promises and evasion when I asked for concrete plan to fix.   As of now, damaged floor and total unprofessionalism from a company that promises hassle free and professional moving experience.

The result of their move.  A badly scratched for on our new hardwood floor that the movers attempted to hide by covering with rug and placing furniture on top.  After bringing to office attention, 3 1/2 months of empty promises and excuses, unreturned phone calls and pass the buck, contradictions in how they would resolve, nobody stepping up to remedy. 

Move arranged for May 19, 2013 at 9a by Robert Bruno who promised a hassle free move, and our house would be done in one load and one day.
Movers show at noon, already looking tired, truck holding a large safe inside.  They also had no moving tools, and no boxes. 
Driver Mr. Paulino says will take 2 hours to load.  He got a bad attitude with us when we complained we were not paying for moving someone's property.  At 3p, truck was full and only half of our property in.  (See pictures)

At new house, truck was unloaded and our family room had rug laid.    I stopped at the office, they promised to send a new crew next morning.    The Dec 20 crew met expectations and completed move our satisfaction.  While they were moving rug, they discovered the deep floor scratches the Mr. Paulino team attempted to hide.      I took pictures and went to their office.  Mr. Bruno and other staff members apologized and assured me they would resolve the matter.

Between Dec 20 and now, I have never received one contact from any Go King representative.    I have made many calls to Mr Bruno and received promises and answers like "we are reorganizing, we changed insurance companies, the insurer office person wasn't in, I will have them call you, etc". 

On Mar 23, I asked for help from the BBB.  On Mar 25, Ms. Joyce Wells answered the BBB that they were in the process of getting someone out to give an estimate and I should be contacted in a couple of days.  On April 1, I contacted Ms. Wells and asked when it would be resolved.    She gave excuses like "person who handles is not in office, they resolve not any insurance, the floor person had quit and they were still trying to find someone, she could not give any promise, that they still had more time to answer the BBB,  and the call ended in a hostile manner.  I asked for a call from the correct,person the next which she did promise.    It never came.    I still had a damaged floor and not one positive response from Dec 20 to ow April 5
