However while completely the order I accidentally chose create new hosting instead of renewal. When I cancelled they refunded only hosting charge leaving $2.17 domain fee so now with the $47.88 renewal price the total it $50.05. ($1.30 difference).
I have contacted customer service 3 times by email as godaddy does NOT have toll free phone number! Each time they have tried to convince me that $50.05 is somehow the best deal.
Beware of Godaddy. Not fulfilling their quotes is bad enough. But a multi-million dollar company worried about refunding $1.30 to a longtime customer (going on 3rd and last year) demonstrates their utter disregard for customers.
