Going Gear Bad business practices & misleading consumers Smyrna, GA Internet

GoingGear.com had a product listed as "In stock" on their website. I purchased the product, was charged for the product, and even received a confirmation of the order. However, 4 hours later I received an emailing that looked much like the original order confirmation/invoice, however, it said "Credit" on it. I emailed the company and their reply was that they didnt actually have the product in stock. They are selling, collecting for, and sending confirmation for products they do not actaully have. They gave no further explination. Misleading consumers is bad business in my book. People should be aware of their bad business practices and their absolute lack customer service and communication. How many other paying customers get duped by business's like this? Had I not been led to beieve that I had successfully purchased the product they listed "In stock" I could have purchased the product else ware. However, being led to believe, by Going Gear, that I had successfully purchased the product I did not look at other retailers for the item. Now the item is not in stock at any retailer. Very bad business practices. Buyer beware when shopping with this retailer.
