When they offered me a loan to help with bills, I was in a hard spot. They said that they would work with me to get it taken care of and that they would help repair my credit by showing a good payment history.

The loan was for $800. Then they started hitting my bank account for $150 every two weeks. When I was close to paying them off they called and said that they could help me and had been monitoring my situation. I was on the way to work and didn't have the concentration that was needed.

They said the loan would be for $800.00 again and it would pay off what I owed for the first one. I got an email saying that the loan amount I owed was over a thousand dollars. Then they hit my bank account for almost $300. They keep hitting my account to the point to where my family suffers now.

I am having to work double hard because I got a call from another company who said they wanted to do the same thing ... help me out. I had gotten wise at this point in time and started asking questions and have gotten hung up on several times because of the first question out of my mouth is how much will it cost.

Now I am stuck to where I am having serious problems due to their actions. I served my country and now it seems every scam artist is out to get me.

Failed to Understand

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, April 19, 2016

Apparently the point is missed. I am wanting to let others know about the problem. The fact that I am a veteran should show that the information is true. I am trying to use the internet to get information about a danger out. I know the ways that they altered the agreement that was made.

What's There To Understand?

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

First off, being a veteran has nothing to do with this! What you are describing is you took out this high interest loan and agreed to direct debit from your checking account. Loans need to be repaid! Why is this amount a surprise to you? Did you even bother to read the contract? You then agreed to another loan to pay off the first. All that needs to be repaid! If you didn't want to repay a loan, why did you agree to it? Here's a major fact of life: You cannot borrow your way to prosperity!
