I read with amazement and great curiosity this complaint against GZT from someone named Baron? I finished it shaking my head because I could not believe someone could be so naive and at the same time making bad comments about a company that did not deserve such criticism.

I am user of Golden Zone Trading software, and I am glad to have made the purchase. At first glance, I was taken back by the amount of information provided regarding the indicators and how they are best used in trading, but after a few weeks of studying, watching videos, and attending live webinars where the indicators were seen in action, I can honestly say that I have a better understanding of the software and I definitely am looking forward to making some serious money using the software.

Regarding the comments that the system of indicators had only a 68% win rate, I have to ask the question, "Is there any software out there that offers an 80%, 90% or 100% win rate? I don't think there is. If I could be assured of a 68 % win rate every day that I traded, and assuming I know how to keep my losses in check, I could become a very wealthy man.  I think this Baron fellow was looking for some magic pill to swallow so he could then go to the markets and become a millionaire overnight. 

It is very poignant and at the same time, hard to believe how someone could buy a software package, use it for a few days, and then ask for a refund. I believe this fellow had to be turned off when he discovered it would require some time and effort to learn how to use the indicators; using it just for a few days would not give anyone, even the best trader in the world, any clue as to the potential it might offer in terms of profit potential. The idea that Mr. Baron scoffed at the win percentage rate of 68% tells me he does not know one thing about trading and will be forever on the road of endless searching to find that package that guarantees a win rate of 100%.  Good luck Mr. Baron, you are going to be looking for a very long time.

At Golden Zone Trading, we take all client complaints seriously.  The intent of this post is to address some of the claims made by Mr. Baron in this post.  

#1.) “The 68% Success Rate” - This is Sean’s personal success rate for actual trades made with ALL of our software products.  This is not a rate for the software product itself, as none of our software is fully-automated.  This rate is fully stated at the beginning and end of all presentations and restated by Sean in our live trade rooms (including showing screenshots of Sean’s personal trade log).  Even professional traders on Wall Street do not have a 100% success rate, as this is impossible with the ever-changing whims of the market.  Day-Trading is not for everyone and we ask each customer to consider their own risk-tolerance before trading.  

#2, #3, & #4.)  “$27k profit, Refunds” - This client did purchase software from GZT on 8/26/16 (I will not disclose his full legal name as to not invade his privacy) and had asked for a refund on 8/31/16, without having even licensed the software.  RJ, our senior support specialist, did speak with him and was encouraged to give the software a try before deciding against it.  Mr. Baron was licensed the very next day.  It is not our policy to discuss internal business profits with customers and GZT would not be able to function with a full staff with such a small amount of profit.  This is a falsehood and I am not sure what Mr. Baron intends to gain by providing this false information.  

On 9/3/16, the client had again changed their mind (after using the software for only 3 days) and again asked for a refund.  Despite it being company policy that we do not offer refunds (http://goldenzonetrading.com/return-policy/), we offered Mr. Baron a full refund on his products purchased on 9/6/16 because we believe customer satisfaction is most important.  On 9/10/16, he posted this review with misleading and false information.  We are always happy to discuss risk-tolerance, best practices, and trading lifestyle with any customer before their purchase.
