Bill Doneski promised to find a sponsor for me for a sum of $30 000. He said he found a company to sponsor me and referred me to a migration agent Yona Zoga. Bill said that he will work with only this migration agent. Yona and Bill works together to lie to people and make then believe that whatever is being said is true as both have big offices in Perth City.
A sum of $5000 was paid to Bill Doneski as advance to start the procedure for the sponsorship and from then on, he became uncontactable. I went to his office a few times but he is never there. Yona makes as if she knows nothing about the money paid to Bill.
In the end, Bill was evicted from his Office in Allendales Square for non-payment of rent and too many people coming to search for their money with him. His employees also said that they haven't been paid for a month (month of them were on 457 visa in his company)
When he was evicted, his employees said that he disppeared (most probably he is in Melbourne now). His employees have filled a case with ASIC.
Bill Doneski and Yona Zoya are both crooks who knows the Australian laws very well and knows that they are untouchable since the Police will not interfere with these matters.

To anyone reading this post:
I, as the author of the original post, would like to delete any reference to Yona Zoga in the report. This report was met to be for only Bill Doneski.
Since it is not possible to delete or change the original report on the Ripoff website, I would like to make the following statements:
1. I was not in a stable state of mind and most probably upset when writing the original report. Yona Zoga is not involved at all in this report. Due to personal health issues, I was not thinking right and have unintentionally included a respectable person, Yona Zoga, in the original report.
2. I acknowledge that Yona Zoga and Bill Djoneski have no business relationship. Yona Zoga is a respectable migration agent and Yona was not met to be included in the original report.
3. I sincerely apologise to Yona Zoga for any hurt feelings and inconveniences that may have been caused by my mistake in unintentionally putting her name in the original report.
Again, I feel really sorry for my mistake.

(a) You have made some serious and slanderous accusations against me. It would appear you do not have any knowledge of my business because you did not have the decency and courage to verify your accusations with me, prior to writing this misleading and false report.
(b) In November 2014, the court found our case in my favor and you had to pay all the legal costs. You seriously are looking for further legal litigations.
(c) What you have written in this report is grossly inaccurate and unfair.
(d) Regarding your private matter with Mr Doneski is your personal arrangement. I did not have any business dealings or whatsoever with him. It was simply a business referral.
(e) I offered your wife my professional services for which she paid me a paltry sum of $ 250,00 for which I gave her a receipt. You did not pay me any other money and I did not recive any money whatsoever from Mr Doneski. You did not express to me any dissatisfaction of my professional services provided. If you have a problem by any means you can come forward and see me at my office. Mr Doneski referral was exactly like many referrals from other people.
(f) What you have written in this report is libelous which you may get seriously burnt. “Be vary careful” By hiding behind the screen of anonymity, your article shows the kind of man you are.
