I bought my Good Feet inserts(4 different ones) and paid a whopping $1000. For 3 hours the day I bought them, they felt good(1 pair). I went to work that night and after 3 hours my feet hurt like crazy. I thought that maybe I need to get used to them(the inserts).Day 2, same thing.Pain Pain Pain. Day 3, same thing. Day 4, I called the saleman and he told me all sales were final. I told him' No way!!'.
I went back the following Monday and brought back the entire 'system', as the salesman called it. He was very bitter. He charged me for the soles that I had worn(2 pair), $40, than put back a $30 discount that he took off the original sale and than charged me for these 'comfy' patches that go on the soles by your big toe.$20 for that. So I guess I could live with a $90 charge, which was better than $1000.
I had to pay something for being dumb enough to buy this piece of crap system. The kicker was when the salesman told me that he had to charge me a re-stocking fee of $86. Holy crap!!!! I want the job of re-stocking 4 little pieces of plastic because all I saw was the saleman take these inserts and put them back on the shelf. It took 30 seconds for him to make $86. He refused to give me the $86. I want that back.
The most annoying thing that happened to me was when I sent an email to the company about my experience and they didn't have the respect to respond to my inquiry. I could care less if Emmett Smith loves this product. I might, if I was paid millions to endorse it....But than again, maybe not because my feet hurt................
