 A car insurance holder of this company damage my car. I filled an accident report to this insurance company a month ago. They gave me a claim number and the name of the person who was going to help me with the claim. Company operator told me she was going to contact me in the next 48 hours. If not feel free to call back. I did try to contact her for more than a week and left more than three messages on her answer machine. with no success. After contact again their office, operator gave me another name to get in contact with. Finally after several attempts, I could contact this person, who gave me another name of the person who was going to do the estimate of my car damage. After waiting for a week and several calls attempts, finally the person who was going to do the estimate called back. It's been almost ten days I have reached him and after I spoke to this person twice, told me a third person was going to contact me so we can met on the body shop for the damages estimate. After address was confirmed for the appointmen, no more contacts they have made regard this issue. Today is thursday December 22 2016 and no calls received to be attended. I am a private driver and I used my car as my work tool and I have been very affected because of this lack of customer service from this company.

Bad Customer Service?

Unless I read this wrong, you're saying YOUR CAR was involved in a COLLISION with another car and the driver of THAT car is at fault, right?  First off, it was NOT an "accident" ... it was a "COLLISION" !  If it was that driver's fault,  it was preventable and that driver could and should have done something to have avoided the COLLISION.  Having said that, it also seems what you're saying is you contacted that driver's insurance company and they are playing games with your claim and you are here complaining about their bad "customer service".  Well guess what?  You are NOT their customer!  The other driver is their customer and they could care less about you!  There's something else you seem to be completely overlooking!  Their only purpose in this is settle this as cheaply as possible!  So I must ask, why are you even messing with an entity which could care less about you?  You have car insurance, don't you?  You PAY for this insurance, do you not?  YOU are THEIR customer and therefore their loyalty is to YOU.  Why didn't you turn over this matter to YOUR insurance company and have them fight for you? Isn't that what you pay them for?  If you want to get the short end of the stick in this deal, continue as you are.  They will try to wear you down while offering you as little as possible.  Since you are not involving you own insurance company and your own adjuster, they think you are stupid!  Do two things as soon as you're done reading this.  Contact your own insurance company.  Look for and contact an "independent adjuster" who will work FOR YOU rather than you getting taken for a ride by either insurance company!  Bottom line here is I don't want to see you getting screwed here.  One thing you can absolutely guarantee is insurance companies will try to get by paying out as little as possible!
