They will ship it snail mail even if you select express mail. The owner is a bumbling idiot who ships everything to the wrong address and than tries to blame you for it. They are so incompetent that I could never trust there ejuice to even be safe to vape. All I wanted was him to resend my package or refund my card and here is his response; "You are not getting a refund or credit. Stop emailing us and asking this. It's not going to happen! Our policy is clear and you agreed to this when placing the order!"
