Gorell Windows & Doors Dream Home Remodeling Inc. On January 21, 2006 my wife & I contracted to Dream Home Remodeling to replace all of our existing windows (25 windows) with Gorell windows. We were assured that they were made of the "Finest Products" available and would come with a Life Time Warranty. In June 2013 we noticed that 7 windows were leaking between the double window pains and now all but 4 have leaked. We have contacted Dream Home several times to no avail. Springfield Virginia

On January 21, 2006 my wife & I contracted with Dream Home Remodeling Inc to replace 25 windows, our front door and to wrap the outside wood structure.  We were told that the replacement windows & door were Gorell and that they were the finest products available and would have a "Life Time Warranty".  After 7 years we noticed that 6 windows were fogging and contacted Dream Home Remodeling.  Lenny Scarola, the owner of Dream Home Remodeling informed us that Gorell Windows & Doors have gone out of business and therefore the "Life Time Warranty" was none existent.  We now have 10 windows that have fogged.

My wife & I are both in our 70's and retired and as the saying goes, "living on a fixed income".  We do not have the resources to replace these window at our expense.  We contracted with Dream Home Remodeling not Gorell Windows & Doors we therefore believe that Dream Home Remodeling should stand behind the products that they sell.
