So I tryed the smoke blend which didnt make me feel anything at all except i got the feeling I was burning leaves in the backyard because that's what it smelled like. Then a few days later I wrote them back to see if I could get some tracking information or something. They didnt write me back this time and I wrote them back again, still no response. So I looked up their information online and tryed calling this number I found which just rang and rang. Then someone wrote me back saying could I send them my order number again because they cant find my order by my name in their system to look up a tracking #. So I wrote them back with the order number and they said my order had been shipped and I can return it if I want a refund. I sent them a copy of the letter that they'd wrote saying I'd get more stuff, and they wrote back in the same day this time saying this letter didnt come from them I had deleted it and wrote that in there.
I wrote back again and they responded with their policy return the product and we will refund you. BUT THEY NEVER SHIPPED ME MY PRODUCT JUST SOME JUNK THIS SITE IS A SCAM! I had a horrible experience here and I hope this saves someone because I wrote this. At least it feels good to know that my situation was heard by someone because they didnt listen at all. GorillaSalvia.com is a scam website!! Never buy from them and their other domain name

they sent the e-mail 8-17-2012 11:49 am.they sent a link to track my package,but as of 8-20-2012 6:20 pm,no updates on the order.i googled usps and went through their website and entered the tracking number. this is what it says,the u.s.postal service was electronically notified by the shipper on august 17,2012 to expect your package for mailing.this does not indicate receipt by the usps or the actual mailing date.delivery status information will be provided if/when available.
they said this completes your order and sent a tracking number without sending a package.

I googled herbal-x and found a phone number with the same address as from the herbal-x website.I call and always get a busy signal,lol. they can not even send me an e-mail to confirm my order. they leave me in the dark wondering if I will get my package or not.from the other complaints,I think i have my answer.
My opinion,they shut down their e-mail and phone because of all the complaints.I only found out the money was taken when i called the bank.They told me the name of the company and the amount.
I will wait and see if anything shows up and write what happens.I payed 4.40 for shipping and got no tracking number or confirmation e-mail.I only knew herbal-x took my money from calling the bank.That is very shady in my opinion.

with herbal-x.com with abosutely no response or help or progress. I've sent them my info my shipping number order number whatever I could and they have yet to even humor me with an answer or reply . No help at all and if I get ripped off there will be h**l to pay legally.

All 4 domains differ in DNS registration, date of register and for the most part, registrars and contact info. It is my opinion that someone is trying to discredit other herbal smoke businesses by posting false reports concerning the competition.
