CLAIMS PAID

AUTHOR: Q.A. Dept. - (United States of America)

In response to this defamation, there has been this exact complaint posted on other web-based review sites. We responded to blasphemous misconception written about our office, and advised that this customer, who did not state who he was, simply call in and we would help. The day after our most recent response to this complaint (on another website), we had Kevin G. call in asking for a refund. It ended up being this very customer. A 2001 model of the Mercedes S500, with high miles, was purchased used by the customer a few years ago. The car had no warranty coverage for nearly a decade, and at the time was considered Risk Level U-12.

Before yesterday, this customer was completely anonymous, until he called in speaking untruths that matched exactly what this person was posting about our company on the world wide web. Now that we have spoken to this customer, we have all the necessary information to address these aspersions, and make them public (as well.)

It is difficult to imagine a more serious libel than to accuse an accredited business of improper practice. Most importantly, it should be noted in this response, the customer paid $844.64 in monthly installments towards his warranty, and has had
INDS pay towards repairs in the amounts of $558.60, and $592.50, equaling $1151.10 in PAID CLAIMS. He then cancelled his account, perhaps unethical? He was also pro-rated a refund of $165.00 from his initial deposit. After explaining this to the customer, that he has won in many different ways, because his claim amounts, he understood the monies spent, and had no response so he hung up on a Senior Advisor and Customer Service, and apparently created another fabricated web-based
review.

Minus any deductible, the claims exceeded the amount he had put forth, yet he has the audacity to repeatedly spread fallacious information all over the internet, and ask for 100% of his money back. Unfortunately there is no Better Customer Bureau to report to on this, but it is disheartening to witness the few consumers who enroll into an Insurance-Based Industry (auto/home/medical), only to see them cancel service once the insurer  has paid for their repairs/claims.

Anyone who wishes to learn more about this customer, the program, and car, and the paid claims are welcome to call us between 7am-7pm. Thank You.
