GPD Lee Wiggins Stole, Misled,rip off,theif,conman,untrustworthy International City, Other

I would like Mr Lee Wiggins to explain why i havnt yet received the 23000 i am owed by him and his company GPD after he decided he wasnt building International City in Dubai and ran off with millions of investors money.

I have read lately that Mr Wiggins is doing really well to the tune off millions of pounds. If his company GPD is doing so well then surely he must honor the contract that he and i both signed which stated if he pulled out of building International City then i would be due a full refund.

Instead Mr Wiggins decided to ignore what was in his own contract and rip off hundreds off small investors like myself, some of whome have put there life savings into this farce and swan around Dubai like he is royalty.

Incedently if the powers that be are as keen as they say they are to crack down on rip off companys such as GPD then why hasnt Lee Wiggins been jailed for the theft of millions of pounds, from what i can gather a person can be jailed for drinking in public then surely the bare faced theft of peoples hard earned must be up there.

Please anyone thinking about investing with Lee Wiggins and GPD developments please walk away now with your money intact, he is a serial conman and he WILL rip you off !!!
