Have posted payment on our utility bill GPU account on 4/18/2000 for payment to be posted on 4/19/2000 to avoid termination of service via Paytrust, Paytrust furnished proof of processing check and bank has informed one that due to the holiday weekend payment would be posted later. The bank has said that they may have gotten the check and not yet posted it yet because of the holiday. They refused to even have us send them a fax furnishing proof of payment arrangement made via Paytrust, temporarily to re-instate our service, unless I pay for re-instatement fee. Paytrust also called them and tried to furnish them with the proof of the Paytrust payment transaction, but they would not hear of it. Meanwhile we are stuck with a freezer full of groceries ($104.00) that were have purchased this holiday weekend. My spouse has asthma and severe migraines, our apartment is extremely warm and this will be a health emergency for my spouse, Please help!!!!
