GRA Capital Group TV Glen Ashley Did not deliver leads and never made a promised refund Oldsmar Florida

I am still waiting on a refund but according to others, you really aren't a man of your word. You apparenly need my paltry sum so bad, you choose to do nothing and keep my $320.00. This has been going on since March 2014 and it looks like you have ripped off other people according to what has been filed in ROR.

I contacted my credit card dispute department and as I am unacustomed to doing this type of business, when I disputed the charge, my credit card company said the transaction was to old to dispute. I have been relying on your word that either a refund or check was to be issued since 3/11/2014. Now I am out of luck to simply have my credit card company issue me a partial refund on the origional $800.00 I paid you on January 31, 2014. You have been telling me you were sending me a check for $320.00 since 3/11,2014. Since you claim to be a man of integrity, let's see if you will mail me a check or issue me a credit. I will be keeping Rippoff Report informed as to the outcome of this transaction.

I never received the refund check you allegedly sent me. On March 10th 2014 you emailed me saying "I will look into why the check hasn't been sent." On March 11th you sent another email stating the check would be sent that week. On March 15th 2014 you emailed me telling me you will issue a credit for #320.00 on my credit card the following week. On March 24th 2014 you emiled me again when I asked where the credit was and you emailed me saying "these things take time." On 4/10/2014 you accused me of threatening you. Still no credit or refund check. On April 11th2014 you emailed me again stating in your email "you will receive your refund shortely."

I have many other emails we sent to each other and to this day I havd not seen a credit or a refund. Your repuitation is still intack, it remains tainted by your words and lack of action. I am still waiting on a credit or  refund, your choice.

Mr Flam you were mailed a refund check for balance of your order and yet I have not seen it cashed. I have emailed you to call me and you refused. I have been in business for over 7 years and this is my first complaint

and will now tarnish my reputation so I must tell you about Mr Flam so you can make a fair assesment of his character. When he first returned the insertion order, he sent to the wrong company. I should have known then who I was dealing with. He complained about leads being unqualified after his first 6 were received so 

at his request the campaign was cancelled and he was instructed that refund would take 30-60 days. I have copy of mailed refund check, stopped payment and insertion order. That's all you have is your internet charges and have since chosen to post on linkedin, you tube and now ripoff report. 

Mr Flam, you paid by credit card and simple procedure would have been to call them and reverse charges. I  put a stop payment on the check and at this point I suggest you call your credit card company because I will not issue you a refund and will turn this over to my attorney regarding charges of libel.
